As we arrived at the hotel, we were taken to our room which was super spacious, extremely good, with attached balcony kind of sitting area, comfortable double bed and sofas. The room was made up of golden rocks which was making the interior aristocratic. I fell in love with the attached sitting area of the room from where one can easily see picturesque fort view. After enjoying the initial blissful atmosphere, we went upstairs for lunch. The panoramic view of fort from restaurant was breath takingly mesmerizing. We had luscious lunch and went for sight-seeing. Jaisalmer is a small city where you don’t need to book a car to visit around, public transport like auto is best option to visit the place or you can rent a bike. The hotel is situated in the center of the city with excellent public transport connections. We visited Jaisalmer fort, Patwon ki Haveli and Gadisar lake in the evening. After enjoying a pleasing evening with beautiful sunset and cold breeze, we went to local market for shopping with new friends we made there. We bought leather bags and just for your knowledge Jaisalmer is famous for leather products, silver jewellery, boho bags and other muticolored embroidered products so don’t miss that.

We went for dinner with our friends and after that for a bike ride. We roamed around lanes of the city under their guidance to find a famous sweet dish of Jaisalmer but unfortunately all shops got closed, I think we haven’t left a single lane .. haahaaa :). That night was full of fun, we returned back to our hotel, went upstairs. The property has very beautiful sitting areas on the rooftop, we enjoyed sitting and talking together there with enthralling night view of fort and candle light romantic night.
